The ceremony celebrated the completion of their years in Primary School and congratulated them on their forthcoming entry into Secondary School. The pupils thanked their teachers, parents and management for all their support during their time in GBA.

Various speeches in English and Arabic consolidated their thanks to the whole of GBA and indicated how special this day was for them. The Head of School presented certificates of graduation and all pupils received a book prize. There were also special prizes awarded to individual pupils for their achievements in English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Arabic and Islamic.

The Head of School in her farewell speech to the pupils also thanked staff and parents. She encouraged the pupils to work to their full potential in their new schools, wishing them much success and happiness for the future.

The ceremony ended with all the pupils singing a farewell song, and parents, staff and pupils enjoyed socialising afterwards.
