EYFS Sports Day !
We are thrilled to announce the great success of our EYFS Sports Day, held on Monday 4th December 2023. The day was filled with laughter, teamwork, and enthusiastic participation from our youngest students, showcasing their incredible energy and sportsmanship.
Highlights from the event include:
Energetic Activities: Our EYFS students actively participated in a variety of fun and engaging sports activities, from the classic sack race to the delightful egg and spoon race. Each activity was designed to promote physical movement, coordination, and teamwork.
Team Spirit: The sense of team spirit was truly heartwarming. The students cheered for their classmates, encouraging and supporting each other throughout the day. It was a fantastic display of unity and friendship.
Parental Involvement: We were delighted to see many parents join in the excitement, cheering on their little ones and taking part in the family-friendly atmosphere. Your support added an extra layer of joy to the day.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated PE team, EYFS teachers and student leadership team who worked tirelessly to organise and execute this memorable event.
As we celebrate the success of our EYFS Sports Day, let’s also acknowledge the valuable lessons learnt by our young children – the importance of teamwork, the joy of friendly competition, and the rewards of an active and healthy lifestyle.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this day a triumph! We look forward to many more joyful events that bring our school community together.
